Mint Chocolate Roulade

Mixing up the flavours on our regular chocolate roulade by adding a fresh and minty layer, (and a chocolate ganache layer to make sure the chocolate gets a decent look in!)  - if you're the type to reach for the After Eight Mints, then this one's for you... Serves 10/12   this dessert is made without gluten
